Walkathon
Every year, in the spring, the girls' school does a fund raiser called the Walkathon. It's tons of fun.
Kira's already run two laps. She finished the day with 10 laps!
Tia trains for next year! She did 6 laps.
The two blondes are Kira and Tia.
Tia walks through the mist area to cool off.
Kira gets her lap counted.
Nat's turn! (The kids walk with their grades through out the day.)
Nat did 26 and 1/4. (Last year 25 and 1/2 and in Kindergarten 11.)

It's a...
Remember this?
It's a garden box! It's 3 x 6 feet and about a foot tall. It's lined with a mesh screen to make it gopher proof. (Do you remember a few years back that a gopher ate one of Nat's big sunflower plants? She cried and cried.
It's finally 1) nice enough weather to plant and 2) not too crazy of a weekend.
Planning meeting...
I'm thinking about Gazpacho with tomatoes fresh from the garden... (Hmmmm, should we plant some cucumbers? I'll cry if a gopher gets these.)

blurry week
It was a little busy at S__ (where Judi works) this last week, and Natalie had a field trip. More pictures are coming soon, but here are Nat and Judi as they ride the bus to the field trip.
