A picture from Natalie when we were up in the London Eye
We loved seeing the skyline and Big Ben is very striking. We are now in Dordogne. It's a four-hour train ride from Paris. We are in such a beautiful area. It's green and gorgeous. It's supposed to be very hot this week during the day, but cooling off at night. I'm excited to go exploring. We may go to Lascaux (today or tomorrow).

London photos
Guest photographer, Kira! Photos from the London Eye from our first day, yesterday. We arrived and just tried to get sea legs. We rode the Tube a lot. We were tired.
Today, we are jet lagged! Up at 4 am! 3-6 hours of sleep for us (Judi got the least and she's usually the best sleeper). Wheeeee! All of us. Out for more adventures (and more tea).

No selfie stick
Waiting in line for a Movie on Father's Day. We had to amuse ourselves somehow.
Tia held the camera and Judi hit the button on the Apple Watch. Not bad.

Last day of School
Nick picked up the two elementary school girls--just one next year--and took them to lunch to celebrate. Look at my 5th grader and 6th grader! The middle schooler had a party with her friends.
Happy Summer!

Sunday adventures for Flat Stanley
Flat Stanley goes to the horse stables and meets Wings. She's 20 years old.
This is Natalie. She's 13 and helps take care of Wings. She also helps take care of 2 other horses.
He takes a little ride on her.
Flat Stanley went to the grocery store with us.
He thought the frozen pizzas were fun (especially since they were flat).
He chilled out with the ice cream. It was a HOT day.
It was about 90 degrees Farenheit or 32.2 Celsius.
