2020

 

2020 took a toll on my blogging. And on my Holiday Card sending. Usually I do a New Year's Card, but I don't think I will this year.  Here's to a better year in 2021 for blogging, holiday card sending, and everything else.

Farmers market: a 2020 positive

  

One thing I'd always wanted to do was go to our local Farmers Market. We started going this year. Here's how I look when I go.

I get the BEST broccoli there! Every week, I buy a ton, well, maybe not a ton, but the farmers know me as the broccoli lady, I believe. 

I also get lovely bread, honey, potatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, onions, and prepared food (tamales, please come back!!, Indian Food, and veggie filled buns).

It's not the senior year we expected, but we are so proud of her! See other pictures from her senior year. I don't have any pictures of her senior band award, but she was best senior in Marching Band (she also won best junior during her junior year).  Way to go Natalie!

A fun day

Nick and I went with a group of friends to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.  It's 2 shows back to back so we had a big day in the city with "linner" between the shows.

It is really a great show.  Super great staging with choreography (not a musical, but really amazing) and magic!

Love this new adult!  She's super fab.  She doesn't like it when I brag about her so I won't mention her academic (including math and science), dance, horse, or musical accomplishments.  Nor will I mention how kind, thoughtful, and responsible she is.  Nope. Last summer, we saw Dear Evan Hansen.

 

The girls were there too, but I didn't get any pictures in the theatre with them.

After the show, we walked outside and ran into one of Tia's good friends.
